Ener-Qi Crystal Back Massage involves a therapeutic back massage and the stimulation of the meridians and qi of the back and neck. The massage also involves massage with powerful, yet gentle balancing and healing qualities of crystal palm stones, crystal points & a crystal wand. (pronounced Ener-Chee)

The essence of eastern healing is to see the body as a harmonious whole. Health is achieved by maintaining the body in a delicate balance of Yin and Yang, which are mutually dependent opposites.

• Yin is the dark side of the mountain, cool, passive and still.
• Yang is the bright side of the mountain, warm, active and open.

The body's harmony is also based on the interplay of five elemental forces represented by earth, water, fire, wood & metal. Each of these elements corresponds to an internal organ as well as emotions, tastes, colours and sounds. When a correct balance of forces exists, Qi, the essential life force, flows smoothly through Meridians connecting the organ systems.

 A proper balance of all five elements is required for the total harmony of the mind, body & spirit. Therefore, the treatment offered is designed to seek a balance of all five elements for total physical & spiritual well-being.

The Course

• The therapy is performed with the client half clothed in a lying position.
• The treatment includes massage and stimulation of meridians of back and neck
• The treatment helps to bring the body and mind to balance and heal itself.
• Profoundly relaxing to give and receive
• Holistic - brings balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit and supports the body's natural ability to heal itself.
• Combines perfectly with other therapies for example Indian Head, Reiki, Massage, Aromatherapy, Hopi Ear Candles, Holistic Facials and Beauty Treatments.
• Suitable for beginners and experienced therapists, including Reiki practitioners, holistic therapists, beauty therapists etc.
• Effective as 30/40 minute treatment or as a 'taste treatment'
• Anatomy & Physiology certificate is not required for this course however it will be covered on the day.
• The course covers basic Traditional Chinese Medicine, basic anatomy & physiology, contraindications, massage, case studies, etc
• Includes a comprehensive workshop manual.
• Individual attention in small classes – limited to 4 per class.

  All students that attend any of Healing Waters Academy workshops will receive an excellent manual, which covers the course material and all aspects you have learnt on the day.
