What is Korean Hand Massage?

The theory is that specific areas and points on each of your hands correspond to specific areas and organs of your body. Korean Hand Massage massages every joint in the hand represents a joint in the body and the therapy is an especially good treatment for muscular-skeletal problems. Helps to prevent conditions such as R.S.I, Reduces stiffness and increases flexibility, Improves skin condition of the hand, Holistic- balances the energies within the body and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Korean Hand Massage is wonderfully relaxing to give and receive, adding another tool to your holistic tool box.

Korean Hand Massage is NOT just another form of an ordinary hand massage and is totally different to hand reflexology!

• The therapy is performed with the client fully clothed in a reclining or sitting position.
• The treatment includes massage and acupressure to the arms and hands.
• Profoundly relaxing to give and receive
• Holistic - brings balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit and supports the body's natural ability to heal itself.
• Combines perfectly with other therapies for example Indian Head, Reiki, Massage, Aromatherapy, Hopi Ear Candles, Holistic Facials and Beauty Treatments.
• Suitable for beginners and experienced therapists, including Reiki practitioners, holistic therapists, beauty therapists etc.
• Effective as 50 minute treatment or as a 'taste treatment'

• Contra-indications
• The Massage routine: step-by-step instruction and practice
• After care of patients
• A fully illustrated manual along with a Diploma
• Contraindications to Hand Massage.
• Anatomy & Physiology certificate is not required for this course however it will be included in your course manual.
• The course covers basic anatomy & physiology, contraindications, massage, case studies, etc
• Includes a comprehensive workshop manual.
• Individual attention in small classes – limited to 6 per class.
